Dee4 Capital Partners ApS (“Dee4”) is pleased to announce that following an application for authorisation by the Danish FSA (Finanstilsynet), a licence has been granted. This replaces the previous ‘registration’ with the Danish FSA.
In keeping with good corporate governance, Dee4 also restructured its board of directors, which is now fully independent of the executive management team. Lotte Mollerup van Hauen is Chairman of the board, with a further two independent members – Mike Holm and Sune Frandsen.
Lotte Mollerup van Hauen has more than 35 years of experience in the financial sector. She has been Managing Partner in a Danish consulting firm in the capital markets area and has also worked at “Big Four” in the Financial Services & Risk Management team. Prior to this, Lotte was Executive Director for Asset Management & Tax at a financial branch association. Previous work experience includes the Ministry of Economy, the central bank in Denmark and the Danish EU representation in Brussels. During her career, Lotte has participated in the preparation of financial legislation, such as the implementation of EU regulation in the Danish legislation, and she has expert knowledge within the area of financial regulation, risk management, compliance, corporate governance and capital market affairs. Currently Lotte is executive advisor and board member in companies in the financial sector. Lotte holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen as well as an MBA in Professional Communication from Roskilde University.
Mike Holm has had a long career in shipbrokering as sole owner and later senior partner of Bidsted & Co., in ship-owning as owner of Bianco Shipping Co./Dansk Rederi, in ship investment as co-founder of Investeringsgruppen Danmark, and in ship management as co-owner of various ship management companies. Today, Mike is a professional investor in both shipping and non-shipping ventures.
Sune Frandsen is a private equity investor and former management consultant. He currently serves on the boards of Axcel Management and CM Holding (Copenhagen Merchants) and works as an independent advisor and investor. Sune has worked in Private Equity in London at Hellman & Friedman and KKR, focusing primarily on portfolio value creation. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Master's in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
