Tommy represents S41 ApS on the Dee4 Investor Panel and Investment Advisory Committee and is the CFO of ECCO Holding. Prior to joining ECCO in 2011, he held finance and treasury positions at Aalborg Industries and AAK, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury management.

Phillip Bendix Sjøqvist • Chairman • Member •

Phillip Bendix Sjøqvist represents JL Shipping Invest on the Dee4 Investor Panel, and is Investment Director at J. Lauritzen. Phillip has more than 7 years of experience within M&A, with previous roles at Nordea and IIP Denmark.

Hans Peter Christensen • Member •

Hans Peter Christensen represents Shipinvest10 and Shipinvest5 and is a Director of Beierholm Financial Advisory (Beierholm Finansiel Rådgivning). With over 20 years of experience in financial advisory, he has led Beierholm Finansiel Rådgivning since he co-founded it in 2009 - originally under the name “Uvildige.dk”. He has also held various board positions across multiple companies and has taught on several financial courses throughout Denmark.

Simon Seir Bjerrisgaard • Member •

Simon Seir Bjerrisgaard represents Selfinvest and is the Chief Investment Officer at Selfinvest Family Office. Since joining in 2018, he has led investment strategies and managed a diverse portfolio. Prior to Selfinvest, Simon held senior roles at Danica Pension and Danske Bank, where he oversaw multi-billion-euro direct investments and provided strategic financial advisory to large Nordic corporations.

Jan Bech Andersen • Member •

Jan Bech Andersen is currently a ship owner and shareholder in tankers, bulkers, and multi-purpose vessels through SPVs, serving as a director on nine different boards. Previously, he held the positions of Head of Shipping at both Clearlake (Gunvor Group’s shipping arm) and ST Shipping (Glencore’s shipping division).

Lotte Mollerup Van Hauen • Chairman •

Lotte has more than 35 years of experience in the financial sector. She has been Managing Partner in a Danish consulting firm in the capital markets area and has also worked at “Big Four” in the Financial Services & Risk Management team. Prior to this, Lotte was Executive Director for Asset Management & Tax at a financial branch association. Previous work experience includes the Ministry of Economy, the central bank in Denmark and the Danish EU representation in Brussels. During her career, Lotte has participated in the preparation of financial legislation, such as the implementation of EU regulation in the Danish legislation, and she has expert knowledge within the area of financial regulation, risk management, compliance, corporate governance and capital market affairs. Currently Lotte is executive advisor and board member in companies in the financial sector. Lotte holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen as well as an MBA in Professional Communication from Roskilde University.

Carsten Mortensen • Founder & Partner •

Carsten has spent more than 35 years in global shipping. Prior to founding Dee4, he was CEO of Singapore-based BW Group (2015-18), a leading global maritime group operating across various shipping segments, floating gas infrastructure and deep-water oil and gas production.

Previously, he was CEO and President of Danish dry cargo and product tanker operator D/S Norden (2005-14). He started his career at A.P.Møller–Maersk in 1986.

Carsten has held various directorships in the maritime industry, including listed companies in Denmark, Norway and the USA. He has also served as Chairman of Danish Shipping and Director of International Chamber of Shipping. Carsten holds a degree (HD-U) from Copenhagen Business School.

Sune Frandsen • Board Member •

Sune is a private equity investor and former management consultant. He currently serves on the boards of Axcel Management and CM Holding (Copenhagen Merchants) and works as an independent advisor and investor. Sune has worked in Private Equity in London at Hellman & Friedman and KKR, focusing primarily on portfolio value creation. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. He holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Master's in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Freddie Lee • Founder & Partner •

Freddie has spent more than 20 years in the private equity investment industry. Prior to founding Dee4, he was an Investment Committee member of Barclays Natural Resource Investments (2005-16), with whom he invested inter alia in shipping, logistics and energy. Whilst with BNRI, he co-founded Hafnia Tankers in 2010 and was an advisor to Hafnia until 2019, executing the merger with BW Tankers, and also co-founded CIG Logistics, a Texas-based energy infrastructure group.

Freddie started his career at McKinsey & Co. in 1999 and was an Investment Manager with RBS Equity Finance (2001-5). He holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

Jens Christensen • Partner •

Prior to joining the Dee4 team, Jens most recently held the position as Senior VP, Head of Technical, D/S Norden and before that he has held various positions in the company since he started his career as a deck officer in 1999 on D/S Norden’s tanker and bulk vessels.

Jens completed his Master Mariner in 1994 from Fano Maritime Academy, has served in the Royal Danish Navy as a Lieutenant and holds an Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Copenhagen Business School.

Peter Dybdal Terney • Partner •

Peter co-founded Nordsund in July 2014, providing consulting and shipbroking services within offshore oil and gas, wind energy and project cargo. He was previously at A.P. Moller – Maersk from 2006-14, initially as a Trainee, then Area Manager for Asia & Australia at Maersk Supply Service and latterly Manager – Offshore & Specialised Tonnage at Maersk Broker.

Klaus Andreasen • Vessel Manager •

Klaus comes with more than 25 years of experience in the maritime industry. Prior to joining the Dee4 team, Klaus worked at Vessel Performance Solutions. He started his career as a First Lieutenant with the Royal Danish Navy.

Masanori Fujiwara • Member •

Fujiwara san represents Double Hawkfeather ApS on the Dee4 Investor Panel. He is a former Mitsui & Co executive and is currently Commercial Director for Global United Shipping (S) Pte. Ltd., an owner and operator of bulk carriers, gas carriers and tankers.

Jakob Bomholt • Member •

Jakob has held senior management positions at Falck, Mærsk Line, and APM Terminals. He is currently CEO of 3Shape, which is the world leader within intra-oral scanners for the dental industry.

Erik G. Hansen • Member • Member •

Erik is an experienced investor and shipping professional. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of ECCO Holding, Chairman of Polaris Management, Chairman of TTiT, Vice Chairman of Bagger Sørensen/ Vecata Invest and a board member of Bavarian Nordic, Lauritzen Fonden and Wide Invest. Since 1995 he has been Managing Director of Hansen Advisers and Tresor Asset Management. He is a former CFO of AP Møller and founder and senior partner of Bjørnskov and Co (stockbroker) and Dansk Portefølje (asset management). Erik was further a partner of EQT and acted as Special Advisor to Danske Private Equity.

Kirsten Smedegaard Andersen • Member •

Kirsten represents More Ships ApS on the Dee4 Investor Panel. She has a background in finance and venture capital and is an economist by education. She holds a number of board positions, including Bodum AG, LD (Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond – a government pension fund) and the Elsass-foundation (a commercial foundation).

Peter represents Habico Invest III ApS on the Dee4 Investor Panel, and is the CEO of Habico Invest. He was the Managing Director of New Nordic Asset Management, founding partner of Aros Capital Partners and has over 20 years of experience in the asset management and private equity industry.

Henriette Schütze • Member •

Henriette was the CFO of Nordic Tankers, Georg Jensen and Cimber Sterling. She has also been a board member of PKA Pension, The Royal Danish Theatre, H+H International and BKR Carriers and BKR Tankers (Norway). Henriette is currently CFO of GUBI and a board member of Inwido and 3Shape.

Peter Kohl • Business Controller •

Prior to joining Dee4, Peter built his career in shipping - most recently in business intelligence at Ultrabulk, a leading dry bulk operator, and before that in business development at Celsius Shipping, a shipping investment fund active across multiple vessel segments.

Peter holds an MSc in International Business and a BSc in International Shipping and Trade, both from Copenhagen Business School.

Peter Milla Nielsen • Associate •

Peter joined Dee4 Capital Partners in 2023 as an intern while completing his studies at Copenhagen Business School and transitioned to a full-time role in June 2024. He is now an Associate at the firm.

During his time at CBS, Peter received the Best Thesis award for his dissertation, “A Financial Analysis of Thorium Molten Salt Reactors for Vessel Propulsion in the EU,” which evaluated the financial viability of alternative nuclear propulsion technologies in European shipping.

Ester J. Bjørnstad Arnesen • Assistant Vessel Manager •

Ester joined Dee4 Capital as an intern in June 2025 while completing her studies at Copenhagen Business School, and transitioned into the role as Assistant Vessel Manager in June 2026. Prior to joining Dee4, Ester spent two years in Dubai, first promoting sustainable ocean technologies on behalf of Innovation Norway, later working as a junior sales associate in private equity with Berkeley Assets.

During her time at CBS, Ester worked as a student assistant at Saxo Bank and was actively involved in the CBS Shipping Union holding roles as President and Head of Sponsorships.

Tommy represents LF Investment ApS on the Dee4 Investor Panel and is the CEO of Lauritzen Fonden. He has held top-level management positions in A.P.Møller-Mӕrsk, Clipper Group, Nordic Tankers and the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries. He serves as Chairman of the Danish Maritime Fund and CW Obel and is a board member of PSA International as well as a member of the Advisory Board of the Panama Canal Authority.

Mikkel Quistgaard Iversen • Student Analyst •

Mikkel joined Dee4 Capital as a full-time student analyst in June 2026 and will transition into an internship in September 2026 as part of his studies at Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining Dee4 Capital, Mikkel worked at Local Government Denmark as a student assistant in IT. Prior to starting his studies, Mikkel spent a year in Munich as a trainee in Business Administration at Infineon Technologies.

Mikkel is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Shipping and Trade at Copenhagen Business School set to graduate in 2027.

Mikael Skov • Board Member •

Mikael co-founded Hafnia Tankers in 2010 and served as Chief Executive Officer for sixteen years, through the merger with BW Tankers that created Hafnia Limited and up to his stepping down on 1 September 2026. Over that period Hafnia grew into one of the world’s leading product tanker platforms, listed on the Oslo Børs and the New York Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of approximately USD 5.4 billion as at 9 October 2026. Before founding Hafnia Tankers he spent twenty-five years at TORM. Among other appointments, Mikael is a board member of Hafnia Tankers and Clipper Bulk.
